Who would win in a battle between Hinata and Sakura? Don’t Judge out of your ass, Actually take into consideration each of their abilities?

Hinata will win take this with mid or high difficulty. Sakura's punches and medical ninjutsu will be trouble for Hinata. But Hinata can just use eight trigrams palms to seal Sakura's chakra points rendering her useless and since Hinata is good at taijutsu she has a chance of winning this type of match-up.

Sakura shouldn’t be counted out just because of hinata’s Chakra blocking abilities, sakura would take that into consideration and fight around it, just waiting to land that ONE fatal blow.

I agree with this. Also, Hinata would only have to stop the chakra points in her arms/hands and she wouldn't be able to do anything since the healing comes through her hands and the same for her punches of extreme strength, they come from the chakra points in her hands, which would just make it easier for Hinata.

You do realize Hinata has to land several hits on Sakura to fully disable Sakura while all Sakura has to do is land one punch and Hinata is instantly dead. Also Hinata hasn't used eight trigrams palms only Neji has.

Sakura takes this mid-high difficulty. Sakura can put Hinata to sleep or punch the ground to mess up Hinata's footing and then strike her. Also keep in mind that Sakura is very good at evasion which is evident in her fight with Sasori. Sakura has a higher speed and intelligence than Hinata as well. Sakura simply outclasses Hinata but Hinata's vacuum palm is the biggest threat.

This battle comes down to who gets the first hit. If Sakura lands a hit then Hinata is dead. If Hinata hits first then all of sakuras chakara points are sealed rendering her useless.
