This assumes that he can be able to use Raiton Chakra Mode. That would actually be beast of him having those capabilities. Agreed that he is by far the most versatile out of the listed Raikages.

*Sigh* It was to be expected given the current status of the NDS. Today's chapter wasn't even good, it was actually rather poor.

I assume so since he was skilled enough to become the Raikage and all Raikages have RCM, or at least the previous two did. Darui was Sandaime's student and Yondaime's right hand man so he most likely learned it from them. I have my opening up if you're interested.

My point is that both base Bee and Darui are above base Ay in speed.

So V1 and V2 Darui would be faster than V1 and V2 Ay.

Well War Arc Kakashi is faster than Darui.

Yeah and Kishi even decided to not show the swordsmen VS Kakashi and his squad. He also bailed out on Mei but I heard the databook gives her a sidestory which I haven't seen translated.
