I'll go with Akatsuki. Hidan is probably pretty useless here, but the Akatsuki outnumber them and are roughly on-par with the Raikages. Given there's no intel, Sasori's poison should be able to take out at least one of them, Itachi can catch them in genjutsu, Samehada can drain chakra, Deidara provides air support with bombs... Akatsuki take it mid-diff, but I don't know much about the Kumogakure team, so I could be underestimating them.
