The ability to learn or use a purchase made in the Kumi exchange before the actual transaction has been checked is a privilege.
You are the first person to try to abuse it. Congratulations.
No, you're not going to be allowed to post in the Exchange saying you're buying something, submit a custom for it assuming the purchase will be approved, see the custom get declined, then delete the post where you've bought it. That's not how this works. While we technically allow stuff to be learned, used, etc before the actual transaction is made, it's because I'm treating the Exchange like how the Kumi Shop operated, where your purchase is processed immediately. You can't submit your Custom Signature technique to be checked without expecting this post to be approved, meaning the Kumi comes out of your account regardless from the moment you posted that Custom. If you had changed your mind about the purchase before you submitted that Signature technique and before it got checked, I probably wouldn't have minded, but you deleting your post is a clear attempt at saving the Kumi when you've already spent it.
If I see anyone else try this from this point on, I'll remove the Kumi from your account without your purchase being approved.
