Depends on the area. If everyone is in character, Doflamingo is guaranteed to get taken out first imo. Doflamingo's too cocky to not screw up and the other two seem like they're good at threat assessment. If not, Doflamingo can just chill outside the birdcage, wait for his 1v1, then win it because no one is beating him 1v1.

Kuma rolls and then it's jimbe closely followed by doflamino.
Rereading dressrosa don't get me wrong mingo's a monster but he did all that stuff to avoid fighting Luffy and the only reason Luffy didn't beat him the first time in gear 4 is cause they thought he was defeated it only took one more hit from gear 4 to take him out.
Jimbe in could beat doffy and Kuma would whoop both of them.

Kuma was portrayed as being the strongest (after Hawk eye) and the closest one to the govt.
Now that he’s all machine now he might be weaker.

So much wrong here. Law also has a hax DF, who won between him and Doffy again?
Secondly, Jinbei pushed back a weakened BM. Not only that, but we've been shown time and time again that pushing someone back doesn't mean you've actually hurt them.
Thirdly, Kuma and Jinbei have no feats to suggest they can handle Gear Fourth. Meanwhile, Luffy needed Law and dozens of citizens to help him WITH G4 to actually beat Doffy.
I'm not saying Kuma wins, but what do you honestly think would have happened, if luffy knew g4 at thriller bark? Let's say zoro and Co took down moriah, so Kuma went for luffy? And Co are too tired from moriah to help

Dofy didn't fight in a Colosseum, Dofy didn't have some admiral fighting against him, dofy didn't have an army against him, and dofy didn't have to fight his way to the top to fight his enemy that's been ducking him the whole time.
G4 Luffy smashed Dofy and it was only his first G4 version. Get over your fanboyism already and grow some balls.
Anyways Kuma wins followed by Dofy and Jinbei being 2 and 3 right now.

I'm not sure how you even came to this kind of conclusion or what the logic here is. For one thing, if Luffy was as strong pre-skip as he was in Dressrosa with Gear Fourth, Moriah is getting dusted. Luffy isn't even having any trouble at all, and is gonna one-shot him with any hit from G4. Probably wouldn't even need to use Kong Gun or anything like that. Luffy isn't getting tired before he fights Kuma, and he'd probably one-shot him too if he landed a hit. Kuma's modifications then weren't any different from any other Pacifistas, and Luffy could one-shot one in Gear Second. Kuma has a benefit of the doubt with his fruit offering him great speed, but nothing implies he'd be fast enough to avoid Gear Fourth.
At no point did this happen, even in filler.
Colosseum fights became irrelevant when Luffy ate the food Rebecca bought him. He wasn't tired from that when he fought Doffy whatsoever.
Luffy threw one Gear Third attack against Fujitora and took no damage from him whatsoever and quickly got away from him. Also irrelevant to the fight with Doffy.
He had a literal insurgence of citizens standing between him and Luffy.
Luffy didn't have to fight shit. He rode on Ucy's back and then on Cavendish's horse, so he didn't even expend his own energy getting to Doffy. The closest thing to a fight he got was punching some toy soldiers in base, not even close to relevant.
Right... but right now Kuma isn't Kuma, back then he was, back then he could use his devil fruit to its fullest, likes his repel attack, it could be hard to hit g4 luffy right? But back then he was using teleportation, warping himself, what stops him from doing that right above luffy and repeling him into the ground ?

Why in the world would Kuma be weaker? His brain is a super computer made by the most advanced scientist in the entire world. If anything, he and his DF use will be more efficient now than before.
Who says that if he warps above Luffy, Luffy can't dodge it?
