What? Yachiru's stronger than any other lieutenant except for Rukia and Renji iirc.
She was stomping a Sternritter by herself without much difficulty. She's probably around Hisagi's level who I rank to be the 3rd strongest VC right now.

Actually, Kigo Ginjo without bankai or Ichigo's powers would still beat Yachiru relative easy.

First of all, Yachiru is one of the strongest VC. She's ranked above Ikkaku who defeated that other captain without bankai.
She also managed to blitz Ichigo, the same one who just defeated Renji.

I don't see that much difference between pre-TS VCs except for Renji and Rukia to their present counterpart, so I rank her to be the third.
And no, that guy may only be one of Gremmy's imaginations, but he's still V. Unless someone else shows up to take the letter from him.

You're right about the V part, I don't know how low my IQ was when I made that post.

Though, you still can't deny the fact how potent and quick Yachiru is. She was probably the fastest VC captain bar Omaeda pre-TS.
