With these amazing scrolls, you have at your whim a variety of essential medical tools/supplies that you might need, should you find yourself outside of a hospital.

Description: The medical Ninja will bite his thumb and do the summoning handseals before pressing his palm on the scroll. He will summon any of the medical tools he needs that are listed on the scroll, all or just one, depending on his own needs.
Note: This can only be used by Medical Shinobi.

Tools to be summoned:

メス - scalpel, sterilized
ナイフ - knife
アルコール - a bottle of 96% ethanol for disinfection
水 - a bottle of sterilized water
スポイト - syringe, sterile, for one time use only
アドレナリン - adrenaline, to be injected intravasulary, induces faster heartbeat
包帯 - bandage, sterile, 8 meters in length
血液 - a set of everything you need to draw someones blood (Sterile syringe, vacuum system and a test tube.)
温度計 - mercury thermometer, for axillary or rectal use
ベッド - a mobile bed to carry patients
バグ - bug spray, effective against all bugs, lasts for 2 turns (used in cases when your patient is having a reaction to multiple bug stings, and there are still some bugs around it, so you spray-kill them. Kills bugs up to A rank if they've been created/summoned from a jutsu like the Aburame techniques)
テント - a small tent, just enough for two people to lie in
光 - a flashlight
ガスマスク - gas mask with a bottle of oxygen that lasts 5 turns (Not 100% effective against all types of poison/gas. The purpose is to protect the user from breathing in toxic substances, keeping the lungs safe. However, if the poison gets absorbed through the pores of the skin it will still affect you).
流体 - a set to start an intravenous fluid addition line, helpful with dehydration amongst many other conditions
モルタル - mortar and pestle, chemically clean
スプーン - spoon, sterile
パテ - putty knife, metal, sterile
研究所 - a small tent. Into the walls of that house, parts of Nexus' eyes DNA have been inserted, so now it mixes Time And Relative Dimensions In Space , creating an effect of being larger on the inside then it is on the outside. Inside is an advanced ninja laboratory with everything needed to create antidotes and medicines.

The scalpel is one of the most important tools used during surgery. Essentially it is a small tool, sharp on one side and blunted on the other. It can easily make cuts along the skin and muscles.

The sterilized water is also a very important tool during treatment, well during usage of intravenous solutions. This is because its osmolarity is 0 and ph around 6.

Although mercury thermometer is not something widely used at this time in RL due to negative effects it can produce if it was to break it is one of the most precise tools to measure body temperature which is one of the vital signs.

Koumei opened the scroll, then proceeded to skim the list of medical apparatuses delineated by it whilst listening to Shinta-sensei's words. After a brief period of silence allowing Akasha's response, he summarized the uses of three additional tools. "First up are the bandages; they have several general functions. Oftentimes, bandages are used to reduce hemorrhaging or hold a dressing in place. Alternatively, bandages can be used to limit patient movement in targeted areas and sometimes, in conjunction with a splint. Next, tents are also worthwhile in mentioning since the overwhelming majority of things requiring medical ninja assistance occur on battlefields - rarely in the immediate vicinity of a village. Tents function as relatively clean, isolated environments for individual treatment that also provide shelter from less than optimal weather conditions. On the one hand, the weather may be so inhospitable (downpour of rain) that it not only impairs the medical ninja's treatment of a patient, but even induces hypothermia in the latter. On the other hand, uncharacteristically warm weather may invariably lead to dehydration or heat stroke. In mentioning dehydration, it enables a segue into describing the third tool: a kit for intravenous therapy. By virtue of innumerable circumstances, people may find themselves dehydrated to different degrees. Dehydration is a deficit of total body water, and along the continuum, emergent issues range from mild symptoms to death. Moreover, the preponderance of ninja able to use Katon among populations is noteworthy, since their techniques can lead to burn victims with wounds detrimental to skin integrity and protection against fluid loss. The same holds true for those individuals lucky enough to survive an encounter with a Shakuton user, but not so lucky as to avoid all of their opponent's attacks."​
