I use:

(Suiton:Mizu Kuri No Yaiba)-Water Style:Sword of Draining
• Type:Attack
• Range:Short
• Chakra cost:10
• Damage Points:20
• Descripton: A sword made of water that is capable of cutting and stabbing the opponent

and I hit the shield with create water sword and shield breaks... try to make the water flow faster it would be hard to break the shield
