Correct, manipulating their calcium content allows them to freely grow and lengthen their bones, but it's not only that.
*Punches you in the face with my left hand, breaking your nose whilst delivering another simple jab simultaneously to the right side of your mid-section, breaking a few ribs*
Show me what you got then, First task! By increasing the calcium content within your body, repair the bones back together again. It may be a long and hard procedure for now but it'll come innately to you later on, what you're aiming for is to reconnect your bones together through the usage of the calcium within them, essentially regenerating the broken bones.
As your blows hit, I am left unimpeded by the minor damage. Although my bones are weak currently and broken, I channel my calcium to the affected areas and use my kg to concentrate the repairing and fix the damage
Alrighty then, let's try and step it up a notch from there. You've focused on simply regenerating broken bones, now let's try and work around the lengthening aspect. By manipulating your calcium content, extend outwards your more dominant palm and cause a bone to be forced through your skin, coming out of the centre of your palm, ripping your skin in the process. However, simultaneously to that I want you to go through what you just did before, the regeneration. Whilst you have one bone ripping through your skin, regenerate the part of your anatomy where that bone came from, effectively creating a new one in its place.
I concentrate the generation of calcium to the base of my palm, causing the bone of my forearm to grow through the skin of my hand and a feeling of sharp pain jolts my nervous system.
Did i do it right?and by not regenerating the bone I can shed it in a sense right
Pretty much correct yeah, so that's the first one out of the way. xD
Technically you'll be just forcing the bone out of the place, so whilst you'll have made a simple bone grow out of the skin from the centre of your palm, if you were not to regenerate the bone's initial place it'll be boneless and just flap about. All the techniques accompany regeneration though so it's cool.

The technique encompasses the capability to grow simple, yet elegantly sharp forearm bones through your palms, aesthetically it is something cool, I've always envisioned it to have an effect similar to that of the Hidden Blade from the Assassins Creed series, looking all stealthy and all as you drive your palm into your opponent, ANYWAYS...
Let's make your own cool looking sword, stepping it up a notch. By manipulating your calcium content, specifically targeted towards your upper body, dislocate the shoulder joint to your less dominant arm, modifying the bone of said upper arm, which will protrude through your skin and is able to act as an extremely sharp and thin sword. The movements with the sword as displayed by Kimimaro can be unpredicted, hitting from the most unexpected angles and is just barely traceable by the naked eye.
To start off, I repeat the previous process and extend two sharp bones out of my Palm. I then dislocated my shoulder from my upper arm, and form two more sharp swords out of my upper arm that protrude out the top of my shoulder.
More detail! And use the sword to your advantage because I mean; what would be the point of you using your fists for something when you just took out these nice looking swords? >_>
You call yourself a Kaguya? Pahahahah, you're nothing but a failure, a mere disgrace I say as I turn my back to you, walking away into the distance unarmed.
