Personally id put itachi of kabuto because itachi pwned and his master with relative ease,also I think 8 gate gai would lose to any juubi jin but thats just me.

He did give a hard time Itachi but I know Itachi was holding back to not kill him and didn't even use his full Susanoo Totsuka Yata Combo, I didn't put him there because Izanami works only on certain people. Thanks
