| Appearance Kirei's has short hair and blank brown eyes, and wears a lower class priest uniform. During his travels, before the warring state era, he was seen with slightly long brown hair and wore a black bishop class priest uniform with a dark purple coat and a golden cross. Kirei is also noted to be rather tall, standing at a towering 193 cm. He is the tallest of all the Masters in both the fourth and fifth Holy Grail Wars. Kirei wears simple vestments and a golden cross around his neck for regular use, while occasionally using a cassock. Participating in the 4th Holy Grail War at the age of 28. He is noted to be rather tall, standing at 185cm in his mid twenties, and experiencing an unnatural eight centimeter growth spurt to 193cm after the Fourth Holy Grail War for an unknown reasons. † Personality While Kirei isn't really a villain, he is still an evil person nonetheless. He is not inhuman but deviant, not insane but still not sane. Kotomine would be said to be a wall exposing those defects by darkness. He is a void human being. Initial concept described him as "the guy you just knew the first time you met him, to be the one pulling all the strings." He is a calm, serious, and sometimes extremely depressed and emotionless person who thought that joy was actually a sin, even condemning the same atrocities he would later perform, saying that the act of finding joy in/from the pain of others was rather monstrous and inhuman. It was after acquainting himself with his assassin that he became the corrupted individual villain that he is. |

| Kotomine Kirei is the opposite of what someone would call holy but he's a Priest nonetheless. He has his own definition of holiness and he rather keep it that way. Born of pure senju parents, he became rather talented and devious at a very young age and even his believer of a parent could not stop him being the way he is. They soon met their untimely death at the hands of their son who killed them on his 18th birthday. Becoming the head Priest and who dare oppose him? Since then, his tales have never been a very happy one. |

| Taijutsu A veteran of the hand-to-hand combat, Kirei is very skilled with taijutsu – a true specialist. He has impressive speed and reflexes, but his most prominent ability is his Chakra Enhanced Strength, which allows for devastating attacks. He also has a +20 passive boost for all Taijutsu techniques. His abilities allow him to attack first in a battle take down many a foes with his Taijutsu prowess alone. Vector Cobra Kirei having created Vector Cobra, has the ultimate knowledge of how it works thus giving him maximum chakra control. He has dark gray vector tattoos all over his body. Nature Manipulation Kirei's nature transformations includes the Basic 5 and several others he trained and devised himself. He has a primary affinity for Lightning Release, mastering even the most complex of techniques easily while only requiring a single handseal to perform them. Rank: B Range: N/A Chakra: 20(X2 if used to augment the relics) Damage: N/A Description: To use the Relics of Helena, the user must have a unique sealing mark while each has its own duty. The sealing script is in the form of a small crucifix tattoo on the user's back. The relic's aim is to further advance passive medical jutsu, either by using them alternatively or by taking them to another level. However, some of this improved medical practices would now require some chakra to be spent if they don't require chakra before. Rudimentary medical practices which are passive in nature are the "Power of Resistance", "Diagnosis", "Extraction", "Blood Coagulation" and "Cleanse". however this particular relic only works for Power of Resistance. Arc of Abstinence is a sealing script that is in the form of a small crucifix seal. It is represented by kanji for "resist" and thus it augments one's power of resistance. Basic power of resistance requires no chakra input but with the addition of chakra sealed within the seal of abstinence, power of resistance is taken to another level. The newly advanced power of resistance not only maintains its primary duties, it goes further to augmenting the user's anatomy from more factors that's affects him. It also goes beyond the anatomy and add power of resistance to the user's mind and body seals. The default "power of resistance" must be in use before the seal can be activated and like the default, the seal is passively activated albeit one would spend chakra this time but only to activate the seal. Anatomy In addition to getting a boost to one's natural resistance to disease, poison, toxins, acids, alkaline substances, etc and because this is done by an invisible warm barrier(shield) around one's body, the seal flushes sealed medical chakra into the user's chakra network, which is used solely to increase the density and power of the resistance aura around the user's anatomy. The user uses this premise and create a tougher and advanced form of non-physical shield, though now would not only shield the user's body as a whole but would shield every cells on his body. This makes it able to withstand higher level bio hazards more potent than those originally mentioned, even to some extent, stop the decay(natural) of tissues and cells(cosmetic). This would also make the cells resistance to radioactive decay. Elaborately, this means, one's resistance to the effects now are enhanced and would even shield the user if it were enemy techniques, though the only thing that won't affect the user is the effects(venom, disease, bioharzards, etc) within the technique, the user is still susceptible to anything else like heat, shock, force, sharpness, impact etc., that might come with the technique. Mind The arc of abstinence not only works for the anatomy which is the physical, but also works for the spiritual thus at the same time, it also creates a shield around ones mind. This also increases one's mind resistance to foreign intrusion. The mind would resist any form of mind reading, control, false emotion implant and emotional effect arising from infusion of foreign chakra. This however does not resist genjutsu but would resist residual effect from genjutsu which affects the mind, like pain, fear, perception of time, etc. This means it can resist residual effect from S-rank and below genjutsu only and cannot resist effects from MS level genjutsu in any form. The user's chakra also is influenced by the power of resistance, however, it only resist external phenomenon from siphoning away or sealing off the user's chakra, unless the user has something to do with it or with the user's consent. By spending "double" the chakra when activating arc of abstinence, the power of resistance would extend to the Relics of Helena. Spending double the chakra would make the relics be able to resist any form of seal corrupting technique(so far the techniques don't harm the medium on which the seals are placed), thus the reason why double chakra is spent, as half of the total chakra is focused on fortifying the relics. NOTE Though the seal is merely supplementary and cause no harm in any way, they have their drawbacks due to the user's advanced exertion of medical fuinjutsu, using normal fuinjutsu while the relics are in use costs +10 more chakra if they are A-rank and above. Poison Ninjutsu Being a medical ninja, Kirie's weapons, tools and vectors are laced with poison. Command Seals Kirei has a wrist band on each hand. They contain contract seals for summoning Slugs(left) and Hooded Pitohui(right). Kirei clothing is laced with 2 sealing scripts across the shoulders, one on each side, used to summon weapons and tools using "Lightning blade creation technique". He also has in his inventory, 2 scrolls that contains assorted weapon and 2 empty large scrolls should he have a need to seal some other things and small empty scroll. Body Seals Kirei has a seal that would immediately bring him back to consciousness should he ever go unconscious.

Kirei has Arachne. The seal autonomously devours any foreign seal placed on him.

Kirei has the command seal on the back of his left hand. Should the need arises, he is able to shift the sustenance of a body amour or transformation to the seal. (Fuinjutsu: Kamei no Gokuin) - Sealing Technique: Command Seal Kirei further fortifies the seals on his body by infusing them with lightning chakra. (Fuuinjutsu: Sukuripucha Shussekenteki Kishi) - Sealing Technique: Scripture of the Templars Kirei has a seal where he stored acids from his slug summoning.
