KA is a more powerful genjutsu. Besides I seriously doubt shisui needed ten years to use the jutsu again, the jutsu probably had such a long recharge time on itachi's crow.

Tsukuyomi is great but KA is OP

Tsukiyomi. It manipulates time, space and matter. Hasn't it been proven Itachi fooled Kakashi saying Kekkei Genkai can beat it when someone who knew Hagoromo + Uchiha History didn't know "Blood + Sharingan" can beat Tsukuyomi. BZ came with an explanation on spot despite knowing Infinite Tsukuyomi and seen Itachi fight before and seen it being used. Viz says Sasuke didn't break no one of Itachi's Illusions and the one who said it is Obito. Tsukuyomi is too OP and it's well known to Ao and Shukaku that Itachi can put long range illusions on multiple locations at the same time judging by the sweat in thier faces when they stated it it's legit. It doesn't require Eye Contact like Dusk Crow and Epheremal which don't.
