Haha. Update: since some people refuse to acknowlege the "solo glance". I'll refine the question.

I say KA over solo glance.

Solo glance is a powerful Sharinnegan tech but it only immobolized the TB. KA completely alters once thoughts with instructions of your(the caster's) choosing....forever. It doesn't wear off once it hits it target.

But their power all comes down to how they are used. While KA is super powerful it takes 10 years to recharge. KA is weaker in how long it's effect works and whether or not it can be undone, but can be cast rather quickly.

KA only takes years to recharge when the eye is carried by itachi's crow, I doubt it would take that long when shisui had it.

Ao knew of it which means he must have seen it in action or at least heard of it, this means shisui must have used it before. Given that shisui was probably less than 5 years older than itachi, it is doubtful the time he last used it was 10 yrs before his death. He probably didn't even have MS 10 yrs before his death

Since it's strictly one-on-one and only KA and Rinnegan Genjutsu are allowed, then this goes to whoever casts his genjutsu first. Either of the two would be one-shotted, though I guess I'll bet on Sasuke, since he canonically requires only a glance and the genjutsu is instantaneous.

The Rinnegan is naturally immune to IT, a unique Mangekyo Sharingan technique is completely different.

Truthly i think Kotoamatsukami is a better quality genjutsu then Infinite Tsukuyomi , Kotoamatsukami was able to break Itachi out of Kabuto Edo Tensei While Infinite Tsukuyomi had no Effect on Edo Hashirama,Tobirama,Hiruzen or Minato.

Let's not forget Tsukuyomi though, After Itachi used it on Kakashi in Part I, Kisame was surprised that Kakashi's mind was still intact.
