Appearance: Koto's appearance is pretty rare in the Uchiha lineage, especially her bright blonde hair that hangs down her back. She stands just below 6 feet tall and is built athletically for a woman, though not muscular or anything. Surprisingly as a Kunoichi, her body has no visible scars or even blemishes, showing that she keeps herself well groomed even as a Kunoichi. She wears an all black full body spandex suit with the sleeves missing and white bandages wrapped around her Shins and ankles. Over the spandex she dawns a bright red sleeves vest that is unbuttoned in order to reveal the ruby-like crystal hanging from her necklace.
Personality: Koto is usually very outgoing and energetic, always excited for her missions or about going out doing things period. She has a distinct love for battling, something she believes simply runs in her blood, often saying "Uchiha were bred for this fighting stuff". Although a very optimistic person, Koto can have her down times also. This usually is only the case when she is reminded of her many lost siblings, her parents, adopted parents and even her lost brother. These thoughts usually are followed by rivers of tears or rants about how people should appreciate loved ones more.

Background Information
History: Koto Uchiha was separated from her family at a very young age. She had an older brother who was only 1 year old and 2 loving parents. It seemed like life would be amazing until a week had passed since her birth and her family were slaughtered by a group of ninja's. Before her mother died she hid the children in a cupboard and went to fend off the invaders but was killed. The 2 children were found not knowing anything about what was happening. The ninja couldn't find it in their hearts to kill the infants. Instead they split the children up, the brother, Kaname, went with a farmer and his wife. While Koto went with a Ninja family in Konohagakure and so the 2 children never knew of their parents or their sibling ship.
Koto was trained by the Ninjutsu using family in the Ninja Arts, unlike her older brother. She excelled in the academy and passed with flying colours and quickly began making her way through the ranks of Konohagakure reaching Jounin level by the time of 15.
At the age of 19 Koto felt there was nothing holding her to this village anymore, as he adopted parents died early in that year due to sickness. Just days before her adopted parent's death she read through the Uchiha archives in the Konohagakure library and tracked down her family tree, revealing the fact that she indeed had an elder brother by the name of Kaname Uchiha and was currently staying at Getsugakure. And so she set off in order to find her brother.
Living inside of Kumogakure, Koto had seen that finding advantages in war was vital to survival so she studied numerous ways to become more lethal in battle. Having traveled to Sunagakure a few times for missions, she had witnessed people using puppetry, so she dug deeper into the arts and decided she wanted to learn it. She wanted to expand its potential and abilities to fit her own style. With that in mind, she crafted her own puppets in preparation for learning the art of puppetry and their poisons to help her in combat.

Being a skilled Kunoichi, Koto carries a vast assortment of tools. She carries the usual kunai and Shuriken which she has placed 5 senses disorder tags on, while also carrying numerous smoke bomb pellets, flash bombs, explosive tags and ninja wire. Being a signer of the rare Leech Summonings, Koto had placed a Leech tattoo on the palms of both of her hands and her tongue, using them for quick access to her summoning techniques. Other than the basic ninja tools, she carries her very own custom Gunbai, allowing her to perform wind techniques at a greater scale of skill than usual.

Description: Jurōjin is a Giant non-folding war fan (Gunbai) about 3/4 the height of the wielder and almost of their width, with the pole being twice that length. It is made of a special strong steel that resonates with only wind chakra which allows the user to expand/shorten the size of the fan blades and increase the range of Wind techniques that require a fan. When wind chakra is channeled into it, the size of the fan blades increases about double their size. When in Expanded Mode, the range of all Fan Jutsu is increased by one, damage is increased, and lasts for 4 turns. Because of the size of the expanded fan the wielder cannot perform any jutsu that require handseals because both hands are required to hold the immense fan, though this is only applicable in expanded form . To decrease the size of the fan the wielder must channel chakra into it again. Also because of the scope of the weapon when in Expanded Mode, it is able to block projectiles, paper bombs, and normal, weapon attacks such as sword slashes.
~Increasing/Decreasing the size of the fan counts as a move
~Can only be wielded by Koto or those with his express permission
~If anyone other than those with permission wields the fan their chakra is drained and receive severe cuts around their body. (-30 Chakra/A-rank cutting damage)

Curse Mark Stage 2:
Koto has achieved the second level of her cursed mark, Thus gaining a new form whenever she makes use of this stage. Her skin would turn gray but the most distinctive thing is the face that her hair would turn a bright pink. Over her knuckles would be orange bone like features which would also be around her ankles, purely for aesthetic reasons. Another distinctive feature would be her extremely long tail that would sprout from the bottom of her spine, being 4m long alone. The tail would have the same bone-like orange protrusions over it and also the orange protrusion would be at the tip of the tail in the form of a scythe.
