Although she is a fusion of the Beyonder and Molecule Man, its a fusion between both of those beings while after being retconned. Her feats are not impressive. She was held captive by the Shi'ar Imperial Guards and later imprisoned. So that proves she is not on the levels of Pre Ret Beyonder or Pre Ret Molecule Man who both we're more powerful than those characters you listed. Although, when Thanos realized who she was(evolved form of beyonder), he telepathically shut her mind down to contain her true and possible omnipotence. She is on the same level as the other cosmic cubes such as Shaper of Worlds and Kubik
