Rules seem good to me, you may start things off. Lets have some fun!!
Fu! You know what time it is! It's round 3.

As Korra sees Fu, she knows this is gonna be a fun fight. This would officially be the third time they fought each other with the score tied at 1-1. Korra knew she couldn't let Fu get the upper hand right away. using her new fighting style, Korra uses her passive paper abilities to cause the paper in her body to start changing colors and changing the design. This would cause an optical illusion to Fu making it so that Korra can make it appear to be at different places than where she really is. Korra would have Beedrill take off into the sky and be between both of them but staying in the air. At this time Korra would start moving to the right but to Fu it would like Korra is moving to the left. While she moves Beedrill spits out some honey at Fu. Once the honey makes contact Fu would start experiencing the effects of the Mad Honey. At the same time, Korra creates a bunch of paper sheets towards Fu as a wave of paper flowers which would burst into petals creating a violent tornado able to consume the intended target. Once they hit Fu the paper sheets would exploding into tiny snakes that than explode hitting Fu too.

Description: A basic but useful jutsu developed for using Origami Hex Art styles into freeform tai and for tricking opponents.
The user will use their passive abilites to control paper and have the paper sheets that make up their body start changing color and move in wild patterns creating an optical illusion. The user can control it and make it appear to opponets in close to even long range that they are in one spot when they really are not. In tai uses this becomes helpful as the user can make it appear to the opponent that the user is punching with their left when in reality they are with their right. The same can be done with running right but really running left making to where the opponent might aim their jutsu in a different direction. Doujutsu and chakra sensors would be able to get pass this but to the naked eye the optical illusion would be useful against. The user must always post what way they are offsetting the opponents sight/using the optical illusion for. This can only be used for basic movements like tai and moving not with jutsus being released and such.
Note: Since using passive paper control jutsu needs to be posted as a reference when the user starts using.

Passive - (Middohanī ) - Mad Honey

Description: Mad Honey is a special type of honey Korra has her Bee summons use instead of normal honey that contains grayanotoxins . The honey can affect opponents and none bee users or medical ninjutsu with effects varying with how much is exposed to an opponent. The opponents get exposed to the honey by either consuming any or having contact with it. Mad Honey can cause nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, circumoral paresthesia, tongue numbing, fainting, drowsiness, drunkenness, and seizures. For these effects the users must be exposed to at least a cup of Mad Honey with the effects following in order the more turns the opponent is in contact or consuming honey. After 1 turn the opponent will experience nausea and tingling. After two turns the user will experience weakness and have their speed drop by one level. After 3 turns the opponent will experience drowsiness and drunkenness while their speed drops by 2 levels. After 4 turns the user will experience vomiting, blurred version, circumoral paresthesia, numbing and fainting and seizures. Mad Honey can also cause cardiovascular system problems resulting into 1st to 3rd-degree heart block, asystole, and myocardial infarction. The opponent would need to exposed to half of their body size worth of Mad Honey and be exposed or have consumed the honey for at least 5 turns straight and would have their speed drop by 3 levels.

(Shikigami no Mai: Arashi) - Dance of the Shikigami: Storm

Description: Taking per advantage their ability as to manipulate paper sheets, user would hurl towards their target a wave of paper flowers which would burst into petals creating a violent tornado able to consume the intended target.

While Fu deals with all of the mayhem, Korra does a hand seal and creates a senchakra powered rain storm that starts loading Korra with Senchakra.

(Ame Senpo: Shizen no Ame) - Rain Sage Arts: Nature's Rain

Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 40 (-5 per turn) (+30 senchakra per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The user will do the Ram sign and either channel their senchakra into an already existing rain source or use their chakra to make it start raining. The rain will be infused with natural chakra and the rain will span over to long range covering the entire terrain. The user has the rain hit their body and has their body absorbs the natural chakra. When first used the user gets 80 senchakra to start off with so they can enter SM faster. If already or once in Sage Mode the rain provides the user + 30 senchakra per turn to help prolong the user's Sage Mode. When the rain stops so does replinshing of senchakra. Due to the senchakra powered clouds it would take a high level wind jutsu (S rank) to blow away the clouds away.
