You basically are using your chakra to have the water propel you faster than what you can swim xd only thing is have to be underwater in a large water source

Keji dives under the water as Korra produces a clone. Using his chakra he masks his presence from the clone as he rapidly swims to the other side of it. As he emerges from the water Keji aims his hand at Korra's clone by manipulating his suiton chakra Keji forces a powerful jet of water at the clone killing it.

This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

If you remember when naruto was learning to create Rasenshuriken and he had to cut the waterfall this is the water jutsu Yamato used to create it after using that earth jutsu so this is really basic.

Channel your water chakra into the ground underneath my clone. Using that chakra have water form and raise up to throw my clone into the air. This is great to throw people off balance or to put them in the air. You could use this on yourself to avoid some jutsus by going into the air.

Do the Ram sign and create water around your right arm. After the water forms push your arm towards my clone and release the water as basically a water bullet so that it pushes the clone back some feet.

Keji weaves the ram seal forming water around his right arm. After the water forms he thrusts his arm towards the clone sending a water bullet at the clone knocking it back into mid range. As the clone regains it's balance Keji causes water to sprout out of the ground launching the clone into the air. "You know you've killed more clones than I have in this training session."

Keji forms water underneath his feet that carries him towards the clone. As the wave hits the clone Keji slashes it a few times with his sword. He then followed up by hitting the clone with a water whip expelled from his mouth knocking it further back.

Keji begins by weaving the boar, dog, ram hand seals and focusing suiton chakra into his palm. This creates a small vortex in his hand, follows up by blasting the water from his hand forming a spiraling wall. He then follows this jutsu by weaving a long series of hand seals creating a dragon out of water from the lake that busts through the spiraling water wall and hitting the clone.

Weaving the monkey rat tiger dragon horse dragon seals Keji summons a column of water that takes the form of a snake and chases Korra's clone. As the clone runs the snake manuevers in front of her and swallows her; it then turns into a river carring the clone back to Keji. Keji then proceeds to focus his chakra under the clone causing the water from the river to imprison it in a bubble. Walking up to the water bubble Keji sticks his sword into it and begins to flow raiton chakra through it electrocuting the clone.
