Water.. Water is everything, molecules in your body, particles in the air, things you eat/drink, something you swim in etc.. Water is the most versatile (in my opinion) element in the narutoverse to date.. It's also one of the most complicated elements to use as well, that being said it's an elemental affinity some ninja possess.

Users: Nidiame Mizukage, Mangetsu, Suigetsu, Tobirama, Kisame, Gamatatsu, Yamato, Hashirama (theoretically), Mei etc..

KG: Boil Release, Storm Release, Wood Release, Ice Release etc..

Most ninja who belong in Kirigakure or The Village Hidden In The Mist/Bloody Mist possess the nature affinity of Suiton or Water.

Weakness: Earth Release, as water has no real effect against the said element. Lightning can be considered a weakness as well depending on the situation given at hand.

Strength: Katon, Water puts out fire common knowledge, however if the fire technique is a rank or two above the Suiton jutsu it may overpower the technique.

Wind is the air, it's the sky, the breeze wind is all around us. More so it's called fuuton in which is the affinity within Naruto, fuuton is the insulator of Raiton making it of course stronger, or the superior element.

Users: Naruto, Danzo, Temari, Baki etc.

KG: Jinton Release, Ice Release, Scorch Release

Wind isn't really within a village, as it is rather rare, but some villages Wind natured shinobi have come from are Konohagakure, and Sunagakure.

Weakness: Katon, Wind fuels the flames causing a bigger explosion

Strength: Raiton, Wind is the natural insulator of Lightning meaning Lightning based techniques are canceled.
