I am having trouble envisioning this even working. He is falling backwards, and you knee him? And then suddenly you are able to headbutt him even at his lower/falling position?

A basic uppercut/rising punch that uses the built up wind to propel the opponent into the air.

Description: The user will raise his hand or a weapon and send an electrical discharge into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location. The discharges are triggered right after the technique and cannot be delayed or prepared before hand but are quite fast.

to have lightning come down on them as they get sent into the air.

So this is a jumping uppercut with either of your fists. You will spin while performing this to "build up" some power, and then smash your fist onto the underside of my clone's jaw.

Oh and for the training instead of making shadow clones every jutsu *slams hand to ground bringing forth a earth clone with special symbols on his chest saying "Dummy"*

This clone is the special Iwagakure Training dummy, he will regenerate from damage done to him constantly as long as I'm here to feed him chakra so feel free to smash him to bits with your combos. Even if you leave him as a pile of dust he will return to normal eventually.
