Dark Release is an advanced element which absorbs, redirects, and releases chakra. It works best on energetic elements in plasma or gaseous states such as Lightning, Wind, and Fire as well as pure chakra. Elements in liquid or solid states such as water or earth tend to be harder to absorb and destroy. Not too much is known about Meiton. In the RP katon and raiton are needed to be learned in order to use it but in the official Naruto medias the elements that make it up have never been stated, hinted, or implied at.
The elements seems to have some space time elements as it doesnt actually store the chakra physically within the user besides the chakra absorption jutsu. The chakra goes through a special marking on the users hands which acts as a gateway to a "separate space" in the user. Once released the chakra seems to be more concentrated and potent.

Note: Must have absorbed enemy techniques before using
Alright after absorbing a jutsu with your mark use your chakra to release a dark wave of chakra at my clone. This is a simple jutsu but still requires you to absorb a jutsu beforehand. Korra creates a clone and has it launch a C rank fire jutsu at you.
