The Hyuuga clan are one of the most powerful clans in the Shinobi World. The descend from Kaguya Otsutsuki. They have the eyes of her and her clan known as the Byakugan. The Byakugan is a powerful doujutsu granting the user see chakra to a grater extent than than the Sharingan. It can see individual chakra points and the unique chakra signature of individuals.
The byakugan also grants x-ray vision, 359 degree vision with the blindspot behind the back of the neck, and telescopic vision for up to 3 landmarks. Unlike the sharingan, it does not have the passive ability to see through genjutsu. It can however see if one's charka is disturbed which can be used to deduce that one or another is under genjutsu.
The Hyuuga have made better use of the Byakugan than their ancestors did by developing the Gentle Fist taijutsu style. This taijutsu involved directly attack specific chakra points and close or open them. The chakra pathway is heavily intertwined with one's organs. This means the gentle fist is capable of attacking a targets organs without piercing the body. Learning the gentle fist however requires very precise chakra control and the clan has the ability to release chakra from every chakra point on their body.

In addition to what I said earlier, the Byakugan the only doujutsu shown to require handseals, as shown by Hinata. That however occurs with novices. Within our RP Jonins who have had it for a month can passively activate it. Regular users can see 2 landmarks away, while Sages can see 3 landmarks away. A hyuuga can evolve their Byakugan into the Tenseigan. Upon doing so, its visual prowess is expanded greatly, it can see into any other dimension, and other powerful jutsu.

This is a barrage of gentle fist taijutsu attacks that total 16 hits. These attacks aren't meant to target chakra points but instead organs.
I do have a question about that though. Does this count as a critical hit as per the damage rules if the user targets and directly hits vital organs? If so, can't the usage of most gentle fist techniques be written and described so that they are critical hits since the gentle fist is capable of directly attacking internal organs?
"Critical Attacks: This is used to describe attacks that are stealth attacks, unnoticed attacks. This refers to attacks that the opponent isn't aware of or unable to sense. This also includes direct hits to vital organs, such as the heart or the head. This doesn't refer to attacks that cover a wide surface area but specifically ones aimed at those organs alone. This means outside of the enemy's perception and sensory abilities. Should one of these attacks land, the target will suffer double the damage of the jutsu. This means that a stealth and unnoticed kenjutsu strike to the back will deal double damage to the target, making it strategically advantageous for the user to attack blind spots.

While normally base chakra techniques are at a disadvantage towards chakra natures, due to the advanced shape manipulation of it being a spinning sphere, this technique can equal chakra natures in strength.
Also is this technique considered taijutsu within the realm of the RP? As in if a tecnique or specialty boosts taijutsu, this jutsu also receives the boost. I ask because the Naruto databook officially lists it as taijutsu.

Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven (Hakkeshou Kaiten)
A Taijutsu where one releases a large amount of chakra from their body’s tenketsu to catch the blows from an enemy’s attacks, while making one’s body spin to repel them.
A secret transmitted by oral tradition within the Hyuuga’s Main House, though Hyuuga Neji came up with it on his own, despite him being from the Branch House. It stands in the same league as Gaara’s Sand as an ultimate protection, and was even called the other Absolute Defense. This is the high grade Taijutsu that made Neji’s prodigious talent known during the Chuunin Exam.
The Byakugan’s nigh-360° field of vision perceives the rear attack, and Kaiten intercepts it.

No, it would to be per strike, it would just be an overall multiplier of x2 for the technique as a whole. And well, it would depend on the context of the "Taijutsu" boost, as something like Chakra Enhanced Strength wouldn't boost it, so it will vary depending the boost itself.

Description: The user exerts chakra from several tenketsu from a single part of their body, this chakra is gathered roughly ten centimeters away from the user's skin and forms a small shield of chakra, no bigger than twice the size of an average palm conveniently useable as a way to block tai/kenjutsu attacks(upto B-Rank) but is weak to elemental techniques as it's merely raw chakra which does not require advanced chakra manipulation. If the opponent makes physical contact with the shield they will suffer slight damage across the part of their skin which connected with it. The shield itself is no bigger than twice the size of an average palm and can block Tai/Kenjutsu attacks up to B-Rank as well as Elemental attacks up to C-Rank within reason.

(Jūho: Tamashii Baindingu Saakuru) - Gentle Step: Soul Binding Circle

Description: The user channels chakra into one of their feet. Once they do, they will quickly stomp the ground and in the same motion, release a wave of chakra that quickly travels above ground surface. More specifically, the chakra manifests as a white omnidirectional ring that, upon contact with an enemy's body, the chakra will briefly paralyze their feet. It is similar to Palm Heel Strike, insofar as it causes one's muscles to be slightly damaged. This can also be applied through a kick, should it connect with the target, and forces the user's chakra into a specific bodily area with even more potent effects. The attack, itself, lacks tangible properties and ergo, phases through physical techniques (e.g., Earth and Water) without being hindered.
Note: Each application is useable only twice per battle.

If the opponent makes physical contact with the shield they will suffer slight damage across the part of their skin which connected with it. The shield itself is no bigger than twice the size of an average palm and can block Tai/Kenjutsu attacks up to B-Rank as well as Elemental attacks up to C-Rank within reason.

Description: The user channels chakra into one of their feet. Once they do, they will quickly stomp the ground and in the same motion, release a wave of chakra that quickly travels above ground surface. More specifically, the chakra manifests as a white omnidirectional ring that, upon contact with an enemy's body, the chakra will briefly paralyze their feet. It is similar to Palm Heel Strike, insofar as it causes one's muscles to be slightly damaged. This can also be applied through a kick, should it connect with the target, and forces the user's chakra into a specific bodily area with even more potent effects. The attack, itself, lacks tangible properties and ergo, phases through physical techniques (e.g., Earth and Water) without being hindered.

Description: A variant of Eight Trigrams Palm Revolving Heaven whereby the user follows the same process but also shapes the outputted chakra into razor sharp blades. Ergo, those struck by it are not repelled by concussive force but are instead subjected to being reduced to small shreds by coming into contact with what is akin to a giant revolving grater.
Note: B-rank is short-range while each rank thereafter increase the range by one level.

Description: One of the most basic weaknesses of Gentle Fist is it's raw nature, unable to withstand elemental chakra of the same level unless it possesses a greater density or an advanced shape-.. this technique has been developed to overcome said weakness. Just before executing a Gentle Fist technique and in the same timeframe a Hyuuga converts the raw chakra to wind chakra a split second before exerting it. Due to the nature given to the chakra it gains a slight cutting ability aswell as a slight gusting force behind it but due to the conversion of the nature of the chakra into wind chakra it loses it's ability to deal internal damage and solely damages the target externally, making this technique most suited towards ranged Gentle Fist techniques that do not rely on internal damage in the first place. This technique however can only be utilized in combination with gentle fist techniques that do not require advanced shape manipulation nor the ones that possess an increased density such as the rotation techniques.

Each successful strike halts the flow of chakra that ordinarily passes through the given tenketsu and makes chakra control a much harder endeavor. The recipient of this move will be rendered unable to user more than 35 chakra in individual attacks, which includes those with applied passives, for two turns. Beyond that effect, the usage of this maneuver will reduce the victim's chakra supply and any accumulated senjutsu chakra by 25% for four turns.

In addition, closing an individual tenketsu will prevent the target from not only being able to access the corresponding gate but any higher gate as well. Conversely, targeting a higher gate will not curtail one's access to lower gates.
