(Ranton: Sutādasuto Fōru) - Storm Release: Stardust Fall
(Ranton: Sutōmudoragon no Jutsu) - Storm Release: Storm Dragon Technique
(Ranton: Sutādasutokyanon) - Storm Release: Stardust Cannon
(Ranton - Ryūsei-gun) - Storm Release: Meteor Shower
Type: Offensive
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Long
Chakra: 50
Damage: 90 (-10 to user)
Description: Stardust fall is a more powerful version of Laser Circus which typically creates about ten or so beams. After weaving 6 handseals that user gathers a large amount of Storm Release chakra in its beam variant form. The user then uses that chakra to shoot out hundreds of beams of electricity from the users hands that covers an area roughly the size of Gamabunta. The jutsu must be used while the user is airborne or else most of the attack will hit the ground.
Note: Can only be taught by Kooljay

Note: The user cannot use Storm, Lightning, and Water techniques S rank and above for 1 turn after using this technique.
Note: The following turn the user only has 2 time frames as their chakra system and stamina recovers from using the jutsu.

The user then releases that chakra from their hand in the form of a thundercloud dragon towards their target. The Storm Dragon is capable of absorbing chakra from ninjutsu up to A rank, S rank if the opposing ninjutsu is at an elemental disadvantage to Storm Release, or up to B rank if the opposing ninjutsu has an advantage over Storm release and adding +20 to its power, in the form of damage, to its own.
Note: User must wait 1 turn before using again and is usable thrice per battle.

The hands are then thrust forward to shoot out a streaming, powerful beam of Ranton chakra. The Kamehameha is capable of bending and flowing like water according to the users will into up to mid range.
The S rank variant is called the Super Stardust Cannon. The fundamentals for this technique are no different from a regular Stardust Cannon. The only defining traits of the Super Stardust Cannon are the greater

The bulbous portion of the beam near the user's hands is much larger when fired, and the beam itself is bigger than normal, often over two times the size of the user. (Ranton - Ryūsei-gun) - Storm Release: Meteor Shower

Range: Mid - Long

Description: The user weaves three handseals before gather Ranton chakra into an orb. The user will then send that orb into the sky before it disperses. The chakra will then fall back down onto the battle field as thousands of streaks of beam variant storm chakra. The user has the ability to control the jutsu so that the streams of Ranton chakra avoids him.
Note: Can only be used by those taught by Kooljay

Note: Can only be used once every 2 turns.

Description: The user weaves three handseals before gather Ranton chakra into an orb. The user will then send that orb into the sky before it disperses. The chakra will then fall back down onto the battle field as thousands of streaks of beam variant storm chakra. The user has the ability to control the jutsu so that the streams of Ranton chakra avoids him.

Arashi no kami: Burakkuekusodasu ) Storm God: Black exodus
Type: Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: A-S
Range: Medium-Long Range
Chakra: 30-40
Damage: N/A
Description: With a surge of storm chakra through the whole body the user expels dark black storm clouds in a 360 manner meant to absorb any chakra it touches based on the rank of the technique used. At it's minimum rank these clouds travel to medium range while max rank is long range. After expulsion these clouds rise into the air and form over head at the same range as their rank.
Note: The user may activate the A rank version of this technique 3 times per turn while S rank can only be used 2 times per turn
Note: this technique has a one turn cool down before each use.
Note: Clouds formed last two turns before dissipating
Massugude semai ) Straight and Narrow
Type: supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Self
Chakra: 20 (5 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: Performing a handseal the user Will collect storm nature chakra under the soles of his feet before using it to rocket forward as if being shot from a Lazer. As the user moves forward a neon blue light can be seen propelling his feet forward and slightly off the ground akin to a rocket launcher in design propelling the user through the air with its force, allowing flight for a short period of time and increasing the users speed by x2. While in this state the user may dodge away from an attack he can sense however this uses his 1 free dodge for the turn. Flight is achieved by his storm nature chakra lifting him off the ground and propelling him forward with a constant stream of storm nature being released from the soles of his feet.
Note: This technique stays active for 3 turns, with a 1 turn cool down in between, and can only be used 2 times per battle.
Note: Maintains flight for as long as this technique is active
Note: the user may dodge away from attacks by using this technique and his one free dodge per turn(standard dodging rules apply)
Arashi no kami:Ōkoku ga kimasu ) Storm God: Kingdom Come
Type: Defensive|Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Long
Chakra: 40 | -10 to maintain
Damage: N/A
Description: Performing 2 handseals will allow the user to create (or use existing storm clouds) a giant ball of condensed storm Cloud directly above the user a few meters into the sky, constantly rotating in the air the ball of clouds suck in opposing techniques Up to S rank and below (Holding only 1 S ranks worth of chakra at one time) absorbing them into its frame with its Storm nature( Can only absorb up to S rank and below techniques). While active the rotating ball stirs up the wind around it making the formation of A rank and below wind techniques (Up to long range) almost impossible. Sacrificing a move slot the user may expel a Lazer beam thats B rank in damage towards the opponent, taking the formation of one handseals to do so, This bottoms out any held stolen chakra within the jutsu regardless of the amount held.
Note: this technique requires -10 chakra each turn to maintain it on the field
Note: This technique lasts 4 turns with a 2 turn cool down in-between. Can be maintained indefinitely by paying a chakra cost per turn
(Arashi no kami: Pin pointo) Storm God: Pinpoint
Type: Supplementary

Range: Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: Performing an additional handseal with another storm technique allows the user to change the direction of his Lazer beams mid flight, making it extremely hard to dodge away from so long as the opponent can sensed by the user, this means that as so long as the opponents speed doesn't surpass how much the user can track his attack will always adjust it's trajectory towards the opponents position although this will use 1 move slot every turn to do so. This move can be used in the same time frame as other storm techniques.
Note: So long as the user can track the opponent he can redirect his attacks towards the opponents position making conventional dodging extremely hard
Note: unconventional dodging such as phasing out of reality or disappearing from the users senses is still viable. This technique fails if the user loses track of the opponents
