Konoha's Ditch

Ever since Pain nuked Konoha, the village has been built below the original soil level.
It'd be pretty disastrous if there were heavy rains and floods. They'd pretty much drown then.

I'm guessing there some kind of waterway to channel the water out. Or an underground well.


Would be hilarious if they all drowned. XD
