1. Tsunade ( Putting her on this list would be redundant and untrue. By feats, Sakura is faster and stronger)
2. Kakashi (has no Sharingan, and his most useful technique is now null and void. He also has a pretty crappy chakra pool.)
3. Shin (The Shins are pretty decent. They each are about as fast as Hebi Sasuke, and have a pretty unique technique, that could ruin people like Tenten or Temari, who use tools)
4. Lee (He is pretty strong, but he didn't progress much. Without the Gates, he's only about Sakura speed, and with the gates, he is a wreck to anyone who survives his onslaught)
5. Shikamaru (He would possibly be Hebi Sasuke level if he were to apply himself.)
