which means his battle with hitari made him take counter measures for sealing jutsus . i think that's neat

I read your post. Konohamaru managed to break free from the Fuinjutsu without this Weird tummy seal so it's kinda pointless to me to create a new counter to something he managed to break through.

no. through KK's fuin jutsu he can't break it from a rasengan that's why he was lucky against Hidari so he took counter measures and developed a new jutsu
