But Konohamaru won't be able to master water and Lightning elements.Improves taijutsu but not good at using illusionary techniques but good at dispel them.

Has Sakura surpassed Tsunade? Not all of the characters will surpass the old,Konohamaru barely has the Jutsu that you've listed since the episodes are filler.He hasn't got the chakra reserves to handle Taju Kage Bunshin or over 2 Rasengans.Monkey sage mode seems off i thought there was only slug,snake and toad sages.

Lol...every one have their own way of surpassing others.Naruto is good at using rasengan.True.But it dosen't mean that konohamaru can't surpass Naruto.Even Naruto admitted that Konohamaru is learns faster than Naruto.
