Hmm his father would need to be Hiruzens brother so....I dont know as in the Danzou flashback etc we never saw Hiruzen with a brother.

Sasuke Sarutobi was Hiruzens father so either Sasuke Sarutobi had a brother/sister who had a child or Hiruzen had a brother...hmm
