Sasuke takes both scenarios.

High-diff in the first, low-diff in the second. Ash Pile Burning is useless because people show some resistance against attacks of which they have an affinity for and even Naruto wasn't showing any significant damage against it. 2T pre-cog should be more than enough to dodge any Rasengan he might try, and he outclasses Konohamaru in taijutsu anyway. He's also smarter and more tactical than Konohamaru.

3T and CS makes this an easy win.

The reason CM Sasuke would loose to Gaara is because he would loose to Shukaku. ONce naruto summoned Gamabunta and Gaara did his sleeping whatever jutsu to let Shukaku out, Sasuke was done. He had no summonings and Shukaku would have eaten him alive.
