he isnt overrated guy. he knows oodama rasengan and hes still a kid. naruto didnt learn that until shippuden when he was grown. so ofc konohamaru will get credit where credit is due. if you call that overestimation, then you need to get your brain checked.

oodama rasengan was easy for Konohamaru to master because he just had to learn it from Naruto... while naruto had to 'Make' oodama rasengan and learn it at the same time...

just because he learned a couple jutsu from his successors doesnt mean he is stronger than others for his age . Everyone in Naruto's generation that made it to that stage of the chuunin exams would beat him.
And no, my head is just fine. I refuse to get on the kono bandwagon just cuz he did a couple things in OVAs and fillers
