Hinata and Tenten are the only ones who can do something resembles to fighting, Tenten is the most decent one surprisingly.

Their hope is Tenten landing an objectile on him whlie the Ino and Sakura are getting one-shotted and Hinata going close range for a little while. But kage bunshins are problem here.

Part 1 Sakura did not know how to heal, she requested education from Tsunade at the end of part 1 and trained in time skip.

Anyway i think SHIT would win this due to numeral advantage.

I don't know if she was skilled enough to heal actual humans and wounds back then.
Knowing through the medical field is much more complex than that (probably in NV as well), Sakura trained and get skilled a lot more in 3 years of skip.

Even Kabuto was unable to fully heal himself from the damage caused by the rasengan. So basically it doesn't matter if part1 Sakura can heal or not.

It wouldn't surprise me if she could. Sakura's been portrayed as an academic prodigy, like during the Chunin Exams when she rivaled experienced chunin in shinobi knowledge, pus she's had 3 months of training already.

Good point, and that is the only offensive jutsu konohamaru knows as far as I know.
