Konohamaru wins. Kid Naruto without transformation (assuming that you think of Kyuubi chakra) can't summon Gamabunta.

Naruto doesn't need Gamabunta. Canon Konohamaru has only been shown using two clones and a Rasengan. Naruto in chapter one was able to use the multi kage bushin and has a superior Rasengan.

Nope in canon he doesn'tbehave the chakra to use as much clones as chapter one naruto. He's that weak but people love throwing anime feats at him.
