In my opinion the manga because the villain is a KARA member and the fact that he was more menacing and a threat made that mini encounter better than the anime one

Konohamaru's rasengan in the manga was fodderized by Ao like it was nothing two days after the same Rasengan received a immense hype from the anime. lmao

I like the anime version better.

It was a tough choice.. the anime made his rasengan badass, which I liked. However, plot wise, I have to hand it to Ao. He's a more relevant and fearsome character than the first mission fodder that ended up fainting.

I was expecting the speed of the bullets to be faster and i wonder how much ninjutsu he can do now with more than have his body gone

I think the rasengan needs set up Konohamaru did not have,

meaning the long time Naruto spends doing the start up won't work on AO.

and the bullets are faster. Konohamaru was not have to keep up with them.
