It was obvious from the start that Konohamaru was the one who taught bolt rasengan. I've always knew this ever since Konohamaru was confirmed to be the new team 7 cell even before we get to see the trailer when it was revealed that Bolt uses rasengan.

Actually I have, that just goes to show you how many Sasuke fapboys exist on the base. I've told Micheal and many other Naruto fanboys how dumb they can sound. If I were to post on every single Sasuke fapboys thread, my post count would be a lot higher.

That makes a lot more sense. Sasuke was never shown using rasengan so it didn't make sense for him to teach it. So I guess the only thing Sasuke does is teach him how to make it stronger plus add the electricity element to it like Kakashi did for Naruto.
