It was when Naruto returned from his journey that he taught Konohamaru the Rasengan

He would be the 7th hokage because he is a Sarutobi but he shows much more promise than Asuma did because he's learned rasengan, multi-shadow clone jutsu, and shuriken shadow clone jutsu (all A-rank jutsus) at his young age which shows alot of potential in him.
