Konohamaru. If I remember correctly,he put up a fair fight against Temari in a filler (I don't really remember the episode that well). Konohamaru also took out Pains Naraka path which is also very impressive. Kiba isn't that strong. Konohamaru knows Ash Pile Burning, Rasengan, and even Shadow Clone Jutsu.

I'm guessing this is anime Konohamaru? Hm well it's a decent fight but Kiba and Akamaru win, Kiba is hugely destructive and has big-scale attacks, Konohamaru has nice techniques too but nothing remotely defensive. Kiba is faster and more intense and Konohamaru is strong for his age but not the kind to be able to outsmart Kiba.

Kiba solos without need of Akamaru. If anime/filler Konohamaru, Kiba and akamaru take it pretty easily. I doubt Konohamaru has experienced fighting two fighters at once.
