It's weak, remember that Naruto's rasengan got stronger when adding wind transformation to it? Konohamaru probably didn't do that yet back then. Naruto's rasengan didn't kill Kabuto back then either.

You can't heal death xd It's said that Naruto's rasengan got stronger after Fuuton training with :kakashi: That's why it's called Fuuton: Rasengan.

Konohamaru had no affect on the pain body. It just got up. Naruto did alot of damage to kabuto, he just has the ability to heal.

No he also use the odama rasengan, and I think the overall power of Naruto's rasengan increased with time as he is able to take out seperate paths of pain with only a basic one.

Maybe because Konohamaru couldn't make a crippling Rasengan? Not all of them are the same strength. Naruto himself used a Double Rasengan to take out two of them.
