Can't really agree , if Naruto used two clones to make a rasengan from the start, he probably learned the rasengan faster then anyone. But yeah...Naruto's power did skyrocket when he got Jiraiya as a teacher, If Jiraiya came earlier, he could have beat Kono in learning techniques.

Konohamaru has the lower hand..he's not related to the Senju or Uchiha or has a special kekke genkai. I don't know how he's going to be faster or stronger then Naruto.

He may have learned rasengan at a young age, and may have good potential since he is a sarutobi, but I don't think he ever pass naruto. Naruto is, and always was an uzumaki/nine tails jinchuriki. I doubt he will ever reach the power of BM Naruto(which is unfortunate for him because I doubt BM Naruto is narutos limit).
