His performance against white zetsu was garabge. he's an insult to asuma and hiruzen . the BLACK SHEEP OF THE family. I guess this is his character now that the manga too depicts him like that

It seems his his first skirmish with the zetsu, he forgot how to use Ninjutsu.

It's not that hard to believe given Kaguya created them to fight other ototsukis, i guess.

This doesn't mean Konohamaru did less Bad, his Performance was garbage but I do believe some of those particular Zetsus from today's episode are pretty strong.

Seriously though I think he's chunnin level at best and Konoha probably relaxed their jonnin selection criteria during peace times.

Lol I doubt that's the case. Besides size and power he didn't have much and his ninjutsu attacks were countered by gennins lol. A jonin from the original series would've rekt that thing no problem.
