Every ninja knows that the last war was started by the uchihas so no. And its not entirely about what others think but also Sarada and what she'd think as well. She's certain to learn about the uchiha clan's bloody past before the war and their actions from the last war which due to her not having any real connection with the uchiha clan like Sasuke had would only make her to distance herself from the clan. Not to mention the other obvious reasons from my last post.
