While I agree Sarada does need to work on her stamina/chakra it was the only stated shortcoming. Sarada isn't just a prodigy in one things but all things unlike her class mates. It explains why she was an honours student as well.

I agree in fact all the genin if the new gen got praised especially Denki. Reference was made to his importance in the future so it seems they're not disappearing off into the shadows.
