well 1)you said he only took a glimpse,i'll tell you rewatch the manga and you'll see that naruto is the one who trained him to do rasengan.
2)shuriken kage bunshin:he never used that in manga,he only used it in fillers.(fillers doesnt count)

Don't read in to much about konohamaru's rasengan. It was basically just a statement of where he is. Yes it's impressive but don't expect him to become a big character.

Well if there are multiple Madaras of course there aren't his rivals.
And he does have brains. You forget that he's Konoha's no. 1 most surprising Ninja and at times, even highly intelligent people cheered him for that.
So he had improved his IQ.

For the ones that say he learned Rasengan because he's a jinchuuriki, no offence, you're wrong. He learned Rasengan on his own powers. That's why Rasengan is made from his own chakra, not Kurama's chakra. U_U
