konohamaru could use shadow clone jutsu???

i know its kinjutsu or meant to be. because 1 clone drains fcuk loads of chakra
and for naruto to use it he relied on the 9 tails chakra but konohamaru could use it no prob and he hasnt got a tailed beast so could that mean he has **** more chakra/ on level terms with naruto

Multi shadow clone jutsu is forbidden. Regular shadow clone jutsu is a jonin level technique and doesn't need large amounts of chakra. You just use more chakra if you are using clones, due to your chakra being divided between them.
