Im sure his movesets gonna be different. Something goofy like hes gonna trip on his scarf at the end of one his combos, Thats wht im seeing. Storm games dont have any 2 characters who have the same move sets. i dont think theyre gonna start now.

Let's not forget that Konohamaru also has fire style burning ash and shuriken shadow clone jutsu (in the anime at least, but the games always include anime only stuff for the less developed characters or they just make up stuff). W/ rasengan, fire style, shuriken shadow clone jutsu, normal shadow clone jutsu, and pervy jutsus, Konohamaru is sure to be different from Naruto.
