Konohagakure Tavern Version 2.0

[Vayne]

Yay \o/ Well goodnight all ^^

[Gin-San]

Guys, my computer completely broke (The mother card or something) so I'll be big time inactive. Whenever I recover my computer I'll make major contributions. I can't leave Konoha in the hands of wolves any longer, I'm sorry for being so inactive and not being the officer you deserve me to be.

[Flash]

Did you mean the mother board? xD
Yeah no probs. When are you gonna be active now?

[Excālibur1]

Somebody make a wood bio so I can teach them wood. >_>

Also

>Uses f rank tech.
>Loses fight.
>Gets called hypocrite.

[Gutsy]

[Vayne]

Lol Bloo even if someone made one until it gets approved it will take a while.

[Bloo 2]

Dont care. Anyways I have a potential student right now once I hear back from Jokey.

[Vayne]

Well that's good ^^

So what's up?

[Sterling Malory Archer]

Just wondering...Has this rule been overlooked in the previous "war"

"-Injuries, chakra consumption, stat changes (poisonings, restrictions from techniques, etc) all apply during the whole war and not only the fight in which they happen. If someone uses a technique that says "usable only once per battle" that will translate into it being usable only once during the whole war. If someone is injured, he needs to be healed in the hospital thread or by his own means if he is capable of. If he doesn't, the injuries carry on until he dies or the war ends."
