Come one, come all! To the Konoha Customs Section! I can now personally vouch that any ideas for customs you post here will be improved, as flash just helped me turn a 'meh' idea, into, in my opinion, a really good one. o^o

Well its because everybody thought he would be serious so kishi made him that way. Plus tobi acts tough and stuff because he knows his brother is stronger so he try to cover that up. Plus I don't like the characters that are dead serious all the time.

Yeah, I get what you mean, I just find that particular style of 'humor' to be annoying and not funny. You can be funny/not serious without acting like an idiot. <_<
