Tsunade is actually a good match for Minato, with her healing and his lack of huge area attacks. xd

Once my sempai position is confirmed i will likely be able to teach you wind, toad summonings maybe.

As for Minato, attaining this bio is a matter of skill and how much time you will put in to learn how to use him, that's the reason so few pass the test. xd
