I like the idea to have village sigs o_o of course I won't force people to have them but it would be cool to show other villages that Konoha is one unit!

i want to serve the village in my own way as i can, and develop my skills and gathering info is pretty good and of course besides that i can do other stuff.... i can work on the bingo book how ever you want it made?

ANBUs job is assasinations, infiltration, protecting the hokage.... basically they do whatever the hokage tells them.......

bingo book is a book of criminals who everyone can see and try to seek out.... though not always wise

Not entirely. ANBU are just the special agent's of the Hokage. Hence why they are handpicked. Roronoa Zoro (If he was a Naruto character) would be the type of ninja that just goes down the Bingo Book like a Bounty Hunter. Look at Kakuzu for instance.
