Which version of Sims? I played Sims 1, Sims 2, Sims 2 The Pets, Urbz:Sims in the City, Sims Bustin Out.
Note that Sims 2, Sims 2 The Pets, Urbz:Sims in the City, Sims Bustin Out these games were played in GBA (Game Boy Advance), I played them on Computer using Emulator.

genjutsu is kinda cheap.... i dont use it.... i only use it like to change the way the terrain looks or make fake illusions kinda stuff.... make them believe they see something that corresponds to my move..... though usually dont like it....

It's easy to counter Amterasu with Nagato, and quite easy to counter Tskuyomi, and even Susanoo.
Not too mention, you have unlimited path abilities, people with MS grow weaker during each use. xD
Cookie as for Battle of the Best, it's basically a tournament to see who's the strongest, in the village. O__O
I chose Sasuke for EMS, though I would've chosen Nagato, but wanted to try something new out. xD
As for everyone, can you read my history, and tell me if it's decent or needs approving.
It's something I came up with in the hour.
Prologue
Perseus Jackson, also known quite famously as Percy Jackson, was born on August 18th, in the Village Hidden in the Mist.
He was the son, of Sally Jackson, a native to the Village Hidden in the Leaves, and the son of Poseidon, an infamous shinobi who was a native to one of the islands located in the Land of Water.
At a young age, several months after being born, Poseidon left both Sally Jackson, and his son Perseus Jackson behind, in order to protect them both, and keep his son's identity a secret. He feared that if anyone were to find out his son's true identity, he would be placed into harm's way.
Soon after the separation, Sally Jackson knowing most of the reason why Poseidon left, ended up remarrying a disgraceful man, in order to help contribute, and keep her son's identity safe. She believed that, by staying with this man, no-one would turn their heads in this direction, and greatly keeping eyes off of her son.
Golden Youth
Perseus Jackson grew up with a normal average childhood much like his fellow class-men. Though he was incredibly smart, and talented, he exceeded in all of his studies at the academy, and excelled in the basic forms of ninja arts.
The Mizukage, seeing Perseus Jackson, as a talented boy, and knowing his real identity, as the son of Poseidon, decided it was time for him to take his graduation exam, and if passed he would then be assigned to a squad.
Perseus studied for countless nights, and weeks for his exam, as he truly wanted to graduate, and become part of a squad. After taking the test, and having it graded, he scored excellent marks in all the sections of the test.
He was then assigned to a squad of four, under the command of a young, but intelligent brunette named Makise.
During his time with Makise, he learnt how to control, and use his natural affinity of Water. During a course of a few weeks, he learnt how to control, and use water to such an extent, which was practically impossible for an average shinobi even with years of training.
His success of mastering the element, in the course of a few weeks was unparalleled, which attracted a lot of the world's most dangerous criminals, making him a high target. Most of these criminals were still looking for Poesidon's son, which they began to think was just a hoax.
During a confrontation with several of them, a few of them mentioned his father's name Poseidon, much of which Percy was quite puzzled, as he knew nothing about his father, or anything along those lines.
Having grown annoyed, of the criminals mentioning this unknown man's name, and saying he's the child of him, Percy headed for home, to question his mother of his heritage, and about this man.
The Truth
Perseus after arriving home that day, began to question his mother of his heritage, where he came from, and mainly about this man named Poseidon.
His mother explained to him, that this man by the name of Poseidon, was his true father, and was one of the world's greatest water users.
Sandy also mentioned that, his father, along with his two other brothers, gained a form of immortality, which granted them the ability to live forever, though still vulnerable, and can die if killed.
The three brothers, were known as The Big Three, who ruled over a kingdom in the southern hemisphere, on the top of a mountain, known as Mount Olympus. Mount Olypmus is hidden to most much like Myobokuzan, and is practically impossible to find, not being located on a map.
She also explained how, his father left them while he was an infant, in order to protect them both, and keep his heritage a secret from his brother Hades, who was a dangerous man, who was banished to the underworld through a sealing ritual.
She explained how his talent for water, was passed down from his father onto him, and that he also possessed a talent for taijutsu, and kenjutsu, though he must further adapt it through training.
He then proposed to find his father, and confront him for leaving, after he gained mastery over his abilities.
Complete Control
Perseus Jackson, soon settled off, to learn kenjutsu, from Kirigakure's best kenjutsu user, and Makise's friend, Gin-san.
Gin-san was a samurai, from the Land of Iron, who settled down in The Hidden Mist, for quite some time. He usually spent his days practicing in the dojo, or reading a book.
Percy confronted Gin-san, asking for his teachings in the way of the sword.
At first Gin-san, was quite hesitant to teach him, but after enough convincing, he begin to teach him in kenjutsu. He taught him the stances, how to wield a katana, and so forth.
Over time, him and Gin-san grew a father like son bond, and became great friends. Though due to having received an invitation for training from a wise, but powerful shinobi by the name of Adachi, Percy put his training on hold with Gin-san as he settled off to the Land of Tea, to learn the ways of ninjutsu, and taijutsu.
Percy spent several months learning both Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu. It took only a few weeks to learn Taijutsu, but rather a few months to master Ninjutsu, as it wasn't one of his natural talents he inherited.
After learning all he could from Adachi, they parted ways, and he settled off towards Konohagakure, where his mother had moved to two months ago.
Entering the Leaf
After having arrived at the Village Hidden in the Leaves, he was introduced to the Hokage, know as Kakashi Hatake via his mother. Soon after meeting the Hokage, he headed downtown to get a some new clothing, where he found Ramen Ichiraku. Having been hungry, and tired from his long journey, he sat down to eat. Sitting there he met a man by the name of Castiel, who was a dark release user. They later became best friends, and often had spars with one, and another.
Later on rumors began spreading around the village, regarding an upcoming event which would change the lives of a select few within the village.
Through Castiel, he inquired the information that the upcoming event, was known as the Battle of the Best, a legendary tournament, said to be held once every hundreds of years. Quite intrigued by it, he applied for the tournament, aiming for first place.

You can use Mokuton, just not with Madara | Obito, as they would be too overpowered, compared to all the canon biographies. O___O
It would be quite unfair, but most of the biographies are balance out. O__O
I could use Mei Terumi, and beat a biography such as Naruto Uzumaki, that's if you know how to use your biography to it's advantage.
