Why don't you post it in a new thread....you know what I suggest you prepare some teams and assign a team captain for each of them
Like Kakashi for Naruto Sasuke Sakura.
There can be various tournaments held in the village and it would actually help us get close as a single unit.

The team is not to prepare for war. Agreed that we only have a 1v1 or only in rare cases a 2v2 matches. But the teams are for the weaker members to gain experience. Tell me can you guide/help every member of Konoha?Ofc you can't. But what happens when you divide them into groups. You have 5-6 leaders. And every leader looks after their team. There would be activity in the village itself, and the teams participate in it. Everytime a member does a good work, points are awarded to the team. It keeps the team spirit build up.
Believe me when I joined Konoha I wished I had all these opportunities. But the higher-ups said its a waste. Now when I have spend such a long time in here, I understand their point. But believe me, now I see the after effects of not having a team. People eventually get bored and go inactive, or they go change the village in the hope of having more fun. I do understand the concept right now is obselete but it always builds up hope that WE have things to do together. It makes it possible to know each other closely and form a close knit group.

Well look what people are doing in Ninja World.LoK,Zanji,and Nagato are traveling in a squad of three.If we had a equal squad of three they could branch out into 1 v 1.I think teams are a good idea.

Teams aren't necessary for anything that you suggested. I actually do plan on helping and guiding every individual member of Konoha. All you have to do is participate in the missions that will be posted pretty much continuously.

Teams are in fact counterproductive to what we want in Konoha. What you don't seem to be realizing is that everyone in the village is on the same team. Everyone is meant to help eachother grow and develop by including one another in activities. This can range from sparring to helping one another develop solid customs to bonding here in the tavern. There is no reason to divide you all by creating the team system that you're suggesting.
