What exactly are the current circumstances because the last thing I know is we were going to attack Iwa under Zanji's orders then he left -_- So I suppose there is nothing to do.

As far as I know, there's peace with Iwa right now and Zanji left konoha. Scorps did too and SY is inactive at the moment.

I think we should do something in Konoha to bond... I know we have teams already, but with so many changes half of them fell apart. What if we make special teams, based on ones skills, like a defending, tracking of what so ever. In the manga/anime they compile the genin teams on their skills, to balance each other out. We could make attack/defend/track teams?

Meh regardless of situation we need to show a strong front in my opinion, otherwise we will be attacked sooner or later.
We may not have SY or Scorps anymore for now, but we have some of the best up and coming RPers and some high tiers if it comes to it.

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the teams that are premade long time before needed, because you never know what situation you'll be in and it's really hard to get the team online together when you really need it. If we'd go with teams, in my opinion it would be best to have them based on online time, because then you can do the most with your team, while all of you are online, instead of being scattered throughout the day.

And if we don't use pre-made teams, but have a place where abilities are stored together like Fav elements, speciality's etc, if the need arises a team can quickly be assembled... Just a thought...
